Dare to make a decision as a team or a team member and allow employees to make decisions.
In the past everyone had to ask permission from a supervisor for everything. I think we should give all employees the confidence to be able to make a decision themselves. Possibly they can discuss it with a colleague: what do you think? What are the risks if we allow this exception?
That way everyone can take more ownership of a customer problem or a project decision. Errors must of course be discussed afterwards, but we need to tap into the collective intelligence of all employees. Give everyone some space to take the initiative themselves. This ultimately increases involvement with the customer or the project.

AGILE ANALYSIS
There is a lot of training out there for agile development teams, but the people doing the analyzing from idea to readiness for development have very specific needs that haven’t been addressed sufficiently.
There are many different types of analysis. Architecture and solution design, business analysis, functional and technical design, acceptance criteria and test case design.

SAFe® 5 LEADING SAFE (SA)
This two-day course teachers the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework ® (SAFe®). You'll learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams.
Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe Agilist (SA).

MANAGING AN AGILE TRANSFORMATION
