Vacature: agile product en requirements manager (freelance coach)
Ik ben op zoek naar mensen die ervaring hebben in (of snel kunnen leren) op vlak van agile product en requirements management.
Concreet betekent dit:
- het kunnen opstellen van customer journeys en persona’s als basis voor de identificatie van MVP’s en MMPI’s (minimal viable products en minimal marketable product increments)
- kunnen opdelen (“slicen”) van de projecten/epics in features en stories met waarde
- Mogelijks ervaring met de volgende technieken: impact mapping, story mapping, specification by example, werken in een “3 amigos” opzet
- Ervaring met het begeleiden van de business in het prioriteren van de backlog (op team, program en/of portfolio niveau)
In eerste instantie zoek ik mensen die op freelance basis kunnen werken. Samenwerken op concrete commerciële opportuniteiten is de eerste doelstelling maar het is tevens mijn ambitie om een netwerk te laten ontstaan met een groep gelijkgestemde agile professionals om kennis uit te delen.
